Pricing Information

Our licensing fee varies and is based on several factors. To get the fee amount for your production, please email Margaret at MargaretRose.Rubenstein@gmail.com with the following information:

• Number of performances

• Number of seats in the theater

• Ticket price(s) (if different pricing tiers, include the number of seats at each price level)

• Type of theater organization (Community Theater, Educational Theater, Professional, Semi-professional, etc.)

• If a nonprofit organization or a school, is anyone on the production team paid for their work (design, director, musicians, crew, cast, etc.) other than regular salaries as an employee of the theater/school?

• If a professional theater company, specify type of theater (LORT tier, for example)

With that information, we will reply by email with the licensing fee for you. 

You will be working with Margaret on behalf of the three authors, instead of with a large licensing/publishing house; our goal is to get Sara Crewe's story out there onto the musical theater stages in front of audiences. We feel confident we will be able to reach an agreement which will work for your circumstance.

Once you have decided to proceed, we will send you the Licensing Agreement for your production. If you would like to receive a copy of the Agreement to review now, please also include in your email:

• Name and Address of the producing organization

• Name and Title of the person signing on behalf of the producing organization

• Location of performances, if different from address of the producing organization

• Dates of performances

• Email address of person who will sign the agreement
